I absolutely LOVE Rhonna's nautical printables. I have, though, been taking my sweet time on making this mini. But, this single girl has been busy! ;) Lots of messiness and painting in this book. having a blast making it!

One of the things that has been keeping me so busy is sand volleyball. The spring session and summer session are overlapping for a couple of weeks. So, I am currently on 2 teams and playing twice a week right now. Thursday night playoffs are this week. 

In other, unrelated news... Have you tried this Nair Bikini Cream product? It is wonderful! The last time I remember trying Nair hair removal, it burned so bad. I think I lasted 30 seconds before washing it off. (and yes...I think this was like 10-15 years ago. haha) But, this product works like a charm!! Love it! and love that I don't get razor burn. 

Got another (different) date tomorrow night. ha! Gotta keep them on rotation. Hopefully, he won't be JWS (just wants sex)... like Friday's date. :P

Storm Trooper

Had an amazing weekend. Friday night started off rocky. I had a date with a jerk that only wanted one thing. He quickly got shut down and sent home. ha. Then, my neighbors came downstairs to help me bash the jerk.  We sat out on the porch, drank wine and talked until 2 in the morning. ;) love.my.neighbors.

Saturday, Leah hosted a wedding shower for our friend, Kathy. It  was so much fun. We didn't play a single 'typical' shower game. We made 'I Do' shots (tastes like wedding cake). Everyone had a blast.

Later that evening, Adrienne, Kelly and I had GIRLS NIGHT OUT! 

We went to Broadway Oyster Bar first. Had a cute guy give me his phone number. Woot. (forget friday jerk guy)

I also got my new Instax camera out. The guy we were sitting by, saw it and said "that looks like a storm trooper". Ha! That is now the name of my new camera. When more people saw us taking pics with it, then 'shaking' the photo. They loved it and were watching us take pics with it. Fun times!

And what is a perfect way to end a fabulous weekend?? With TRUE BLOOD, of course!

Gulf Shores

In April, I rode down to Gulf Shores/Biloxi MS with my mom and 2nd cousin. We had a family reunion there. What an amazing time! I enjoyed lots of seafood, a Ship Island trip, caught up with my long lost relatives and got to see my scrapbooking girlfriend and her family. Here are some of my fave snapshots.
