the least selfish person still has to be sometimes.
when she is continually looking out for and thinking about everyone else..
continually putting herself, her mind and body last... things start to give.
she loses herself. she has to say no. she has to disappoint. she has to forgive herself.
and most of all, she has to let the guilt go.
people that are used to things being a certain way are not going to understand.
her true friends/family that love her and really care, whether they know the details or magnitude of
the situation, will understand. they will not be passive aggressive. they will not take it personally nor make it about themselves. they will not try to make her feel guilty. they will be there for her and kindly let
her take the time she needs to reset herself.
in this time, she will see who her true friends are. she will see the kindness, the worry and the love coming from those who are loyal, true and not self centered.
in this time, she will find her true friends. in this time she will learn to let go. let go the guilt, the worry, the anxiety of not being able to please everyone. in this time she will find her happy place again.
